    J.W Ceramics was established in 1964 as a local, family run business. Now, more than 50 years later we are still here continuing to help the community with all your tiling needs.     Not only do we offer a fantastic range of tiles, we'll also allow you to take home some samples so that you can get a better idea on how to design your dream home. We supply a variety of all kinds of tiles. Including glass and mirror tiles to suit a modern decor, as well as traditional natural stone and slate tiles and all the accessories you will need to fit them. We guarantee you'll be happy with our tiles and expert advice.

    Our Returns & Refunds Policy :

    Returns will only be accepted if the following terms are met :

    1. The goods/products come from our stock and are not special order items.

    ​

    2. All returns must be made within 28 days of the original sale.

    ​​

    3. Field tiles are returned in full boxes.​

     

    4. The goods/products are returned in saleable condition.

    ​​

    Please note that returns may be subject to a handling charge of up to 30%. Please contact us for all details and enquiries.

    We are J.W Ceramics Limited. We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as electronic media will allow, however the images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee an exact match of the on-screen appearance to the actual products which may vary slightly from those images depending on your screen settings and resolution.

    1. All products shown on our website are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you a substitute item. You can then decide whether you would like the substitute item or whether you would prefer to cancel your order. In which case we will provide you with a full refund.

    2. In the unfortunate event of any products arriving damaged we must be advised of the damage within 1 hour of the delivery taking place and supported with photographic evidence. Our 3rd party courier must also be notified upon the arrival of the goods/products. We will then replace accordingly. No claims after this will be accepted.

    3. No claim in respect of shade variation can be entertained once the tiles have been fitted.

    4. J.W Ceramics Limited cannot be held responsible/liable for over or under ordering.

    ​

    5. Your delivery will be delivered to the nearest accessible location to the delivery address (curbside delivery).

    ​

    6. You should not arrange for a fitting until the goods have been received. The lead times stated are quoted with goodwill, we however cannot be held liable for any failure to meet these and any consequential loss incurred as a result.
